You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason.
Return conditions
An item may be returned if:
- the item is unused and undamaged;
- the item is, where possible, in its original packaging;
- you can provide an order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs
The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility, unless the product was received damaged, incorrectly delivered or defective.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- personalized products;
- custom stickers or specially made designs;
- products that have clearly been used, damaged or altered;
- digital products or gift cards.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered product
Have you received a damaged, incorrect or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible at:

Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof of return shipment.
Exchanges
Would you like a different item? Please contact us. In many cases, it is faster to return the item and place a new order.
