2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through 2strokeshop.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Products
Tweetaktshop sells, among other things, stickers, license plate holder stickers, hoodies, accessories and merchandise for vehicle enthusiasts.
We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions, prices and availability as clearly as possible. Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, abuse, incorrect information or suspected fraud.
5. Prices and payment
All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Any shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout.
Payments are processed using the payment methods available in our webshop.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Stickers are usually processed within 1 business day. The average delivery time for stickers is 1–3 business days.
Hoodies may take longer and have an average delivery time of 3–9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays with the carrier may occur.
7. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our return policy.
Products must be unused and undamaged.
Personalized products, custom stickers and specially made designs requested by the customer cannot be returned.

8. Damaged or incorrect delivery
Have you received a damaged, incorrect or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@tweetaktshop.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will then find a suitable solution.
9. Custom work
Different terms may apply to custom products, custom stickers or personalized designs.
Once a custom product has entered production, the order usually can no longer be canceled.
10. Intellectual property
All text, designs, photos, logos and other content on 2strokeshop.com are owned by Tweetaktshop or used with permission.
You may not copy, use or distribute content from our website without permission.
11. Use of the website
You may not use our website for illegal activities, fraud, abuse, spam or to disrupt the operation of the website.
12. Liability
Tweetaktshop is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or damage caused by incorrect use of products.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order to which the complaint relates, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
We handle personal data with care. More information is available in our privacy policy.
14. Changes
Tweetaktshop may amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page.
